Cincinnati Pool Management was founded by The Pool Management Group executive leadership team in 1998.

Gary Toner
President and Co-Owner

Gary has been the President and General Manager of Cincinnati Pool Management since 2002 and resides in Mason with his wife and two children.

Gary graduated with a B.A. in Economics and Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney Australia in 1988.  He also received a post graduate diploma in Recreation Management from the Australia Leisure Institute in 1990.  Gary holds certification in Pool Management, Certified Pool Operator with the National Swimming Pool Foundation and Certified Maintenance Specialist through the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals.  Gary is also a member of the Cincinnati Red Cross Chapter Water Safety Committee.

Gary coached 20 athletes from four countries to Olympics, World Championships and other International swimming events.  he received the FINA Olympic Coaching Award for the Oceania Region in 1992 and is also holds a life membership in the American Coaches Association for a certified international professional.
